In-Depth Product Introduction

YKL-033 Life-Size Animatronic T-Rex

A professional-grade, large-scale T-Rex model for dinosaur-themed attractions. Built with steel frame, high-density foam, and food-grade silicone, featuring multi-joint movements driven by wiper motors. Boasts a lifespan exceeding 80,000 hours and is adaptable to 90% of outdoor environments worldwide. The ultimate core exhibit for immersive prehistoric experiences.

20m Long, 10m Tall

A standard 20 meters (65.6ft) in length and 10 meters (32.8ft) in height. Size is fully customizable from 5 to 30 meters to fit any venue.

Durable Composite Build

Q235B steel frame with anti-rust spray coating, 0.3g/cm³ eco-friendly foam, and 40A Shore hardness food-grade silicone skin. Engineered for long-term durability.

All-Weather Operation

IP65 rating for dust and water resistance. Operates reliably in temperatures from -20°C to 50°C (-4°F to 122°F).

Key Features and Technology

Hyper-Realistic Experience

A 70% increase in visitor immersion (per partner survey) is achieved through lifelike motion: Head turn (±60°), neck movement (±45°), blinking (0.5s/cycle), jaw roar (adjustable 110dB), 30cm forelimb gestures, 0.3Hz tail swing, and 10cm abdominal breathing. Faithfully recreates the hunting posture of a T-Rex.

Exceptional Durability

The steel frame is treated with rust-proof spray coating, ensuring resistance to temperature fluctuations from -20°C to 50°C. With an IP65 rating, it boasts an annual outdoor operational failure rate of less than 0.5%.

Flexible Customization

Fully customizable in size (from 5m), color schemes (e.g., classic brown stripes, albino variant), and sound effects (low-frequency roar/juvenile calls) to meet diverse scene requirements.

Advanced Core Technology

Industrial-grade PLC control system with 16 servo motors for precise joint actuation. Position is calibrated in real-time by Hall sensors (≤0.5mm error). Bionic texture molds replicate realistic skin folds and scales. Built-in temperature/humidity sensors activate cooling fans for stable motor operation at 40°C. Technology protected by 3 utility model patents (Patent No: ZL202XXXXXXX).

Advanced Motion Capabilities

Engineered for dynamic, lifelike movement that brings the apex predator to life

Expressive Head & Neck

Head swivels ±60°, neck tilts ±45°, and eyes blink every 0.5 seconds for a startlingly lifelike presence.

Forelimb & Tail Dynamics

Forelimbs move in 30cm gestures, while the tail swings rhythmically at 0.3Hz, mimicking balance and motion.

Breathing Simulation

A subtle 10cm abdominal breathing motion adds a crucial "living" quality, enhancing realism.

Immersive Audio

Jaw opens for a powerful, adjustable 110dB roar. Supports multiple sound effect options, including low-frequency roars and juvenile calls.

Professional Installation & Maintenance Guide

Ensuring optimal performance and longevity

Site Preparation

Reserve an area ≥1.5 times the model's footprint. Ground load-bearing capacity must be ≥5t/m². Maintain a 3-meter safety buffer zone around the perimeter.

Commissioning

Requires on-site engineer for initial joint limit calibration (~4 hours) after first power-up. Monthly inspection of motor carbon brushes is recommended (replacement cycle ≥1 year).

Maintenance Schedule

Quarterly: Clean silicone skin with neutral detergent and a soft brush. Annually: Conduct ultrasonic flaw detection on structural welds to ensure integrity. Use Mobil Polyrex EM grease for lubrication as needed.

Important Notice

The parameters listed are based on measurements of the standard model. Customizations (special dimensions, extreme environment adaptations) may cause slight performance variations. The physical product's appearance and details may have reasonable differences from promotional materials. Final configuration, specifications, and presentation effects are subject to the on-site engineer's survey and the subsequent "Customization Proposal." Actual visual/audio presentation may vary.
