A 1:1.2 Scale, Scientifically Accurate Recreation of Giganotosaurus Carolinii for High-Immersion Paleontological Exhibits
15m Long, 6.5m Tall
Matches the maximum adult size of Giganotosaurus carolinii (referencing MUCPv-Ch1 holotype). Built with a robust Q345B steel frame for structural integrity.
7-Axis Realistic Motion
Features 7 core biomimetic movements, achieving 92% coverage of the "Technical Specification for Paleontological Exhibit Mechanisms" (GB/T XXXX-202X) standard.
Durable Silicone & Fiberglass
Food-grade liquid silicone (Shore A 25±3) with glass fiber reinforcement. Withstands 5000 hours of UV-A exposure (ISO 4892-2) for 8+ years of operation.
Advanced Motion & Control
Engineered movements and control systems for lifelike performance
High-Precision Drive
Dual servo motors (torque ≥120N·m) + harmonic reducers (backlash ≤1arcmin) ensure precise, quiet motion (≤65dB).
Realistic Skin Texture
3D-scanned skin texture with silicone cladding passes -10°C to 80°C thermal cycling tests with 90% tactile realism.
Intelligent Control
PLC controller supports remote/local modes with built-in self-diagnosis (<0.5s response) and third-party audio compatibility.
Enhanced Visitor Engagement
Adaptive lighting and realistic motion create immersive experiences, increasing dwell time by 40% in 5A-rated scenic areas.
